In this workshop you will learn the basics of working in pairs and small groups. We will cover the fundamental warm-ups, handgrips and partner poses. You will learn how to safely fly, be flown and spot each other. Partner yoga is a great way to practice clear communication and feedback - skills that will benefit you greatly in all areas of life. You will laugh, you will be challenged, and you will do things you didn’t think were possible. Once honed the skills learned in this workshop build the foundation for achieving some of the more inspiring and beautiful partner poses. No partner is necessary and no experience is required to attend this workshop. Additional variations will be offered for students ready to progress to the next level. Come with an open mind and ready to fly!
