The goal of yoga is to settle the mind into silence. From this silence arises equanimity, clarity and a deep sense of joy. Information and techniques will be shared on how to cultivate these qualities. There will be an all levels asana practice, instruction on pranayama and a concluding practice of yoga nidra. During the yoga nidra you will be guided through a process of deep relaxation while resting comfortably on your back.
You will leave this workshop with the tools to deepen your own practice of yoga and ready to meet the daily challenges of life from a new perspective.
